Organizational Partnerships

Building Capacity For Change

CEIO partners with community-serving organizations that seek to be more just, inclusive and consciously co-creative. We support partners in this endeavor, therefore increasing their overall mission effectiveness.

Capacity Building & Training

The CEIO Capacity Building & Training Partners (CBTP) work closely with partner organizations. Skilled in understanding transformational processes, CEIO-CBTP provide guidance, training and skill in holding the space for deep change work. The objective for these working relationships is to co-define and implement a plan for deep and lasting organizational transformation.

CEIO ORGANIZATIONAL PARTNERSHIPS

AN OVERVIEW OF OUR ENGAGEMENT PROCESS

Organizational Partnerships: List

PHASE I

Partnership and Project Readiness

The initial period allows for telling the stories of the Partner Organization. This period of assessment includes some traditional (surveys and interviews) as well as less traditional (storytelling, theatrical) processes. During this Phase, we will
establish the overall work plan, timetables and produce an initial budget considering needs for financial support.

PHASE II

Capacity Building and Community Action Planning

This Phase will look dramatically different based on each organization’s needs and work plan. One organization may intend to roll out a large community engagement project related to justice and equity. Another organization’s action plan may be much more internally focused. For instance, designing a professional development training process to be led by a trained staff team and offered throughout the region.

PHASE III

Continued Implementation and Sustainability Plan

CEIO is primarily focused on ways of being that then impact what you do. It is imperative that the "doing" continue after the partnership is completed. During this final stretch of the partnership we support further implementation of work plans in ways that are effective and sustainable. Together we design strategies for sustaining the work long after the partnership is complete.
