FOR THE GOOD OF ALL HUMANITY: Aligining Wisdom, Understanding and Knowledge

MARCH 27, 2014: Deeper Change Forum attenders were sitting on
the edge of their seats as Jerry White presented this simple, elegant paradigm for Deeper Systemic Change that aligns three critical attributes:

 

Wisdom: Who We Are

“Being” which taps into our deepest values and aspirations;

 

Understanding: How We Do Work

“Seeing” discerns patterns and proposes alternatives leading to systemic shifts;

 

Knowledge: What We Know

“Doing” applies technical experience to solve problems.

 

When Jerry White concluded, there was a hush that became thunderous applause as attenders sensed that together they are leaders capable of applying this paradigm for the good of themselves, their organizations, their communities and their city.
